On the morning of August 27th, the International Trade Department of Shaanxi Dade Investment Group participated in the second phase of the 2021 "Going Out" training hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce and undertaken by the Shaanxi Provincial Association for the Promotion of International Economic Cooperation to learn about the risk management of overseas investment projects.

This training was explained by Mr. Zhao Dongfeng, a senior partner of Beijing Changan Law Firm, who was invited by the Ministry of Commerce to explain the characteristics and types of overseas investment, financing and construction projects, macro-practical risk analysis and prevention, and major overseas risks and prevention of holding companies and project companies. Analysis of important contract mechanisms related to contracts, as well as contract text specifications, project procurement risks, geopolitical and international sanctions risks, due diligence of investment projects and talent reserves, etc.

Afterwards, the participants asked relevant questions about the training content, and the lecturer answered the questions for all the trainees. This training will consolidate the knowledge base for the International Trade Department in the future overseas investment, financing and construction work, and contribute to the further expansion of international trade business and the smooth operation of overseas projects.
