Recently, the Charity Fund Donation Signing Ceremony between Shaanxi Dade Investment Group and Shaanxi Charity Association was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Shaanxi Provincial Government Front Office Building. Xu Shanlin and Lu Dong, former major officials of Shaanxi Charity Association; Liu Weilong, president of Shaanxi Charity Association; Li Rongjie, executive vice-president of Shaanxi Charity Association; representatives of the donation enterprises and media reporters have attended the signing ceremony. At the ceremony, "Dade Charity Fund", under Shaanxi Charity Association, and established and donated by Shaanxi Dade Investment Group, was signed and officially launched.

"Dade Charity Fund" is a charity titled fund under Shaanxi Charity Association with a principal of 10 million RMB established and donated by Shaanxi Dade Investment Group. It is used for poverty alleviation, medical care; and cares of elders, orphans and needy students; as well as building new rural areas and promoting the development of philanthropy in education, culture, health, and sports.

At the signing ceremony, Lei Yingchun, Chairman of Shaanxi Dade Investment Group, signed an agreement with Zhang Fengying, vice president of Shaanxi Charity Association. Mrs. Lei submitted the donation to Mr. Liu Weilong, president of Shaanxi Charity Association. On behalf of the association, Xu Shanlin, honorary tenured president of Shaanxi Charity Association, presented the "Certification of Charity Honor " and the honor card of " poverty alleviation and love without border" to Shaanxi Dade Investment Group.
